As women we are expected to obtain and maintain social standards of appearance. When we can't or don't want to, we face barriers to living an authentic and fulfilling life.

 

What would it be like to spend less time being critical about your body or worrying about others' opinions? What would you gain by having more time and effort for meaningful relationships, enjoying food, trying new activities, investing in your wellness, and prioritizing your needs?
